George Youngblood is the founder of Teen and Family Services, a Texas-based nonprofit recovery organization for adolescents.  He has been successfully counseling adolescents and families for over fifteen years.  Youngblood has provided training for the staff of several local school districts including Spring Branch, Katy and Houston ISD. He has also trained hundreds of counselors and other mental health professionals on adolescent specific counseling approaches. In addition, Youngblood is a published author on the subject of substance abuse and dependence and is a founding member of The National Alliance for Adolescent Behavioral Health, a coalition promoting advocacy and training for treatment professionals.
