Dr. Harris is a medical epidemiologist in the division of viral hepatitis at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The focus of his work is developing and implementing strategies to prevent hepatitis B virus infections. He is a board-certified internal medicine physician, and completed training in the CDC’s Epidemic Intelligence Service.
